On Time Typing: our editors

On Time Typing has a team of professional editors who are experienced in editing fiction and non-fiction publications, academic journals, policies, manuals and other documents.

Who we are

  • Sally-Anne Watson Kane, owner of On Time Typing, is a full member of Institute of Professional Editors (IPEd) and Editors Victoria and a registered mentor with IPEd. She lives in Gippsland (VIC).   • Claire McGregor is an IPEd-accredited editor and graphic designer and a full member of IPEd and Editors Victoria. She has completed Diploma in Feature Writing (Honours) and IPEd’s Accreditation examination. Claire has extensive experience in graphic design, editing and proofreading fiction and non-fiction publications, including InDesign. She lives in Melbourne (VIC).
  • Sue McKinnon is an associate member of IPEd and Editors Victoria. She lives in Darwin. She has completed Bachelor of Arts (English Literature double major) and Certificate in Editing and Proofreading. She is currently undertaking Copy editing (intermediate) with Society for Editors and Proofreaders (SfEP), and Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) Certificate IV. She is experienced in writing and editing reports and is an editor-in-training with On Time Typing. She lives in Darwin (NT).
  • Christine Howes has completed Post-Graduate Diploma in Communications (Journalism). She lives in Cairns, QLD. She is experienced in resizing and enhancing photographs in Photoshop and document design, writing and editing newsletters, and layout in Word and InDesign.
  • Dee Sansom has extensive experience in copy editing and formatting professional journals, articles, reports, manuals and newsletters. She lives in Bendigo (VIC).
