Our diverse team of typists (all contractors) includes neurodivergent and gender diverse people. We live in Katoomba, NSW; Darwin, NT; Cairns, QLD; Adelaide, SA; Central and East Gippsland, VIC.

Our typists and transcriptionists have signed Confidentiality Agreements with On Time Typing, Editing and Proofreading.

We guarantee 98% accuracy for:

• copy typed documents (as long as the original is clearly legible), and
• transcripts of recordings of good audibility (i.e. clearly audible).

Our transcriptionists:

• have passed the On Time  Typing Accuracy Test:  at least 98% accuracy (spelling and punctuation) and broad vocabulary
• have extensive experience in producing transcripts involving a wide range of accents and subjects.

Our typists:

• • have passed the On Time  Typing Accuracy Test: at least 98% accuracy when copy typing
  • use the On Time Typing process of typing then proofreading each paragraph against the original, as we go, to ensure accuracy.

• Kyle: audio transcription – interviews and focus groups; dictation. Copy typing  including typing manuscripts (for publication). Lives in Katoomba, New South Wales.

Typists

• Jarrah: copy typing including typing manuscripts. Lives in Darwin, Northern Territory.
• Natalie: copy typing including typing manuscripts. Resumes. Expert in data capture. Lives in Darwin, Northern Territory.
