Our typists and audio transcriptionists
Our team of transcriptionists and typists (all contractors) includes people who are neurodivergent and gender diverse. We live in Katoomba, NSW; Darwin, NT; Cairns, QLD; Adelaide, SA; Gippsland and Melbourne, VIC.
We guarantee 98% accuracy for:
- copy typed documents (as long as the original is clearly legible), and
- transcripts of recordings of good audibility (i.e. clearly audible).
Our transcriptionists and typists have signed Confidentiality Agreements with On Time Typing, Editing and Proofreading.
Our transcriptionists (a) have passed the On Time Typing Accuracy Test: at least 98% accuracy (spelling and punctuation) and broad vocabulary, and (b) have extensive experience in producing transcripts involving a wide range of accents and subjects including First Nations speakers and topics.
Our typists (a) have passed the On Time Typing Accuracy Test: at least 98% accuracy when copy typing, and (b) use the On Time Typing process of typing then proofreading each paragraph against the original, as we go, to ensure accuracy.

- Kyle: audio transcription – interviews and focus groups; dictation. Copy typing including typing manuscripts (for publication). Previously lived in Northern Territory; now lives in Katoomba, New South Wales.

- Natalie: copy typing reports and manuscripts. Resumes. Expert in data capture. Lives in Darwin, Northern Territory.
- Kyle: copy typing reports and manuscripts. Lives in Melbourne, Victoria.
- Fin (he/they): copy typing reports and manuscripts. Lives in Moe, Gippsland, Victoria.
- Hannah: copy typing reports and manuscripts. Lives in Canberra, ACT.
- Kylie: copy typing reports and manuscripts. Lives in Melbourne, Victoria.
