This week: Moe (Gippsland), Brisbane (QLD) and now to Melbourne
Editor and life stories writer Sally-Anne has spent the last few days in Brisbane and area, Queensland, and is now back in her Moe office – but not for long.
The Oral History Australia conference in Melbourne commenced today and will continue until Sunday: 2024 OHA Biennial Conference: The power of oral history – risks, rewards & possibilities.
Sally-Anne will be there all day both tomorrow (Friday) and Saturday. She will be volunteering to help OHA present the conference and also, on Saturday, presenting a 20-minute presentation called “How to turn oral histories into a self-published book”.
Sally-Anne looks forward to spending some quality time with OHA members and others passionate about oral histories and working in this and related industries.
Then it’s back to work-as-usual Monday morning.
